Puffco offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products purchased directly from our website to ensure you are satisfied with your experience. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used vaporizers and accessories cannot be returned once they have been loaded or activated.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, tamper-evident packaging and has not been used. Check your order date to confirm it falls within the 30-day return window.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Support Portal and enter your order number and email address to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in a shipping box with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
